Newer property, clean, friendly front desk, parking lot security
Paying $15/night to park, which I failed to see upon booking room. Paying to park at suburban hotels like this one is the new norm by greedy corporations and I usually refuse to support this but I didn’t check, so be aware. There’s a parking lot security guy which is nice but was also annoying to deal with when entering/leaving the property. The room smelled atrocious. I couldn’t even tell you what the smell was. Door lock broke leaving me stuck outside with load of laundry (no basket) that I had to dump on the hall floor as I made a couple of trips down to the front desk. Maintenance came to open door and left, didn’t say a word. The laundry machine is a ripoff as well. You have to add funds onto an app and of course they charge you a fee to load funds. Another corporate tactic to nickel and dime folks.
