A modern, high-quality penthouse flat for up to 4 people, with views of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf yacht harbour. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view and a maritime atmosphere from the balcony or terrace. The bright living and dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and large windows, offers a modern living experience. Underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace ensure your comfort. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth are provided for your entertainment. The bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate up to 4 people. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can use the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge; further playgrounds are located along the promenade. What a gem! The location is perfect, just a stone’s throw from the beach, We spent our days exploring nearby attractions like the Naval Memorial, which was fascinating, The host was very welcoming and made us feel right at home, Can't wait to return with our dog next time, as it was so pet-friendly!
