A modern, high-quality penthouse flat for up to 4 people, with views of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf yacht harbour. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view and a maritime atmosphere from the balcony or terrace. The bright living and dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and large windows, offers a modern living experience. Underfloor heating, a bathroom with a rain shower and steam bath function, and a bioethanol fireplace ensure your comfort. A TV with a Blu-ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth are provided for your entertainment. The bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area can accommodate up to 4 people. The promenade, beach, harbour, restaurants and cafés are all nearby. Laboe, Kiel and Schönberg are within easy reach. At the Activity Centre, families can use the indoor playground and the black-light mini-golf free of charge; further playgrounds are located along the promenade. Staying at this penthouse was a dream! The rooftop terrace has the most incredible views of the marina and the sea, We spent every evening up there, soaking it all in, The open kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals, and the comfortable double bed made for great nights of sleep, Highly recommend!
