About this apartment rental
This penthouse holiday flat is situated in a waterfront villa built directly on the water’s edge on the harbour front of Marina Wendtorf. From the spacious roof terrace, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the marina. The comfortably furnished flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to the roof terrace. As well as a hob, the kitchen is equipped with an additional wok hob. One bedroom features a double bed and a flat-screen TV, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. The double sofa bed in the living room provides two further sleeping places. The modern bathroom is fitted with underfloor heating and a rain shower with a steam bath function. A TV with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace provide entertainment and ensure cosy evenings. The penthouse flat is easily accessible by lift. The flat comes with a car parking space. As several flats of the same design are available, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. Playgrounds are available on the promenade. The laundry centre is open daily from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm. The activity centre offers an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for all ages. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Rental exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we particularly liked the Blu-ray player for movie nights, Being just a short walk from Aussichtsterrasse Beach was great for our daily walks, Would consider returning!

Overall, a decent stay, The location was alright, close to some beaches but a bit of a drive to Kiel, The apartment itself was comfortable, and we had everything we needed, No major complaints!

A wonderful getaway! The fireplace added a cozy touch to our evenings, The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the calm atmosphere of Wendtorf, Highly recommend taking a stroll to the nearby Hundestrand Beach,
