I would love to host you during you stay in out area. You will enjoy easy access from this centrally located townhome in the heart of Laurium! It is nearly trailside with parking for your snowmobiles and trailers. You will also be close to Swede town trails, Copper Country Curling Club,15 mi north of MTU, 35 mi to Copper Harbor, 30 mi to Mt Bohemia. This 3bed/1bath townhome sleeps 6 and has its own kitchen, dining room, living room, full bathroom located on the second floor, parking, and wifi. *Larger groups also look to reserve sister unit "Superior Townhome"

My family and I stayed here for Michigan Tech move-in weekend. It was a perfect location, not to far away. House was as pictured and very clean. Nice little breakfast diner within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was really lovely. It was easy to get in and get connected to wifi. Everything was as shown in pictures and in good working order. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a week during a hockey camp my son was attending. The place was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable! Great location and only about 20 minutes from Houghton! The host was very communicative and accommodating.

Perfect location for snowmobilers. Super cute and cozy 3 bedroom house. Large driveway with enough space for two trucks with snow mobile trailers. Super close to trails. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great! The property was an older house, but the renovation was fantastic! It was modern, clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The living room was perfect for unwinding after a long day outside. Rebecca was very prompt with responding to communication. We would stay there again and even try to get the other side of the duplex for another family as well!
