This is a fully redecorated modern frontline first floor apartment with Wi-Fi, marble- look floor and lovely decorated terrace to enjoy your outside dinning, and is available for SHORT TERM RENTALS : up till Max. 9 nights or 10 days from 1st of May till 31st October
This comfortable holiday apartment offers 2 bedrooms, a full size sofa bed and 2 bathrooms (each with toilet). 2 travel cots and 1 high chair for baby. Air-conditioned, heating, private underground parking with direct access to elevator, 55-inch google TV , beach toys , tennis and beach -rackets/balls, umbrellas + beach/pool chairs, radio, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair drier, towels, cleaning service,... .The whole family can relax by the large communal swimming pool (baby pool, 2 showers, with bar/restaurant. Or you can go for magnificent walk on the sea promenade along the cliffs. Car and bicycle rental. Outside the building there are 2 public electric car loading stations independant of our community A lot of things to do in the area. Airport Alicante 40 min - Murcia 20 min Note that rentals up to 10 days will only be possible in June July August and September Rentals as from 11 days all the other months. Note that there is a mandatory end- cleaning fee of 60€ to be paid in cash upon arrival.Merk at det er et obligatorisk gebyr for sluttrengjøring på 60 € som skal betales kontant ved ankomst

There was three people who stayed at the appartment a couple and a single person.It was great to have two bathrooms in the apartment.The appartment was large enough to easy have a family of four staying there.We loved the layout and it was like a home from home.The bar downstairs has great food options and we ate there several times.Olga the key holder was fantastic and also provided an airport transfer.What a find would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Lovely apartment in a familiar area for us. Checking in was easy, communication very clear and efficient. Good quality accommodation with excellent facilities we will be revisiting in future defiantly.

El apartamento estaba bien accesible dos habitaciones dos baños pero había algunas cosas que son mejorables no había fresón para la limpieza diaria faltaban algunas cosas para cocinar la limpieza un poco deficiente el áccceso a la playa un poco malo para ir con niños menores de 3 años
