Very clean, lots of tea, coffee, shower gel etc. Plenty of coathangers, good shower also Netflix on the TV.
A little small but this isn’t a negative really.

location for accessing Newquay
tiny looked bigger in the photos it was a real struggle
the parking was horrendous there wasn’t any on back streets as advised ended up paying for the 24 hours parking which was 9 pound per 24 hours
we just wanted to change our clothes one day because we were cold so popped the car just outside the gate in front of the garage but we weren’t even allowed to do that
if you want your car close by this is not the accommodation for you if you want plenty of room to move about this is not for you
if you literally just want somewhere where you can rest your head this is perfect.
