Only had breakfast once out of four nights,it was ok!
Very quiet apartment with big bedrooms and very comfortable lounge and kitchen!
Quite easy walk either along the road or through the back of the hotel to the lovely beach!
Short drive into the centre of Newquay but walkable!

The location was close to the beach. The breakfast in the Manor was nice. The pool was good. Good to have a bathroom and a ensuite. Staff in The Manor staff were friendly.
Beds were not very comfortable. The shower in thr ensuite didn't drain quickly. Would have liked liquid hand soap for bathroom and kitchen. Washing up liquid could've been provided. TV remote was damaged. Locks on patio doors required a number of goes to lock/unlock. Light switch board would be easy to use if there were labels. Decor in some rooms could be updated. Parking was a concern when other drivers parked in our Villa space
