I still cannot believe how CLEAN this place is! I am a little (maybe more than a little) anxious regarding hotel stays due to my health requiring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in my environment. The owners answered all questions regarding sheets/dietary requirements with speed and politeness. Absolutely amazing stay, the bed was pristine, the bathroom - I’ve never seen anything cleaner I was honestly squealing with excitement when I saw it! I even (shamefully) bought my own cleaning wipes and spray just in case…never touched them. The smell too, proved every single thing was clean hoovered, dusted or bleached…I’ve stayed in 5 star city boutiques and that weren’t this clean. Didn’t get to experience the complimentary breakfast but my cousin said it was really good! Thankyou Pensalda for making our stay so pleasant. Ten mins walk to Newquay too…and around a 45 minute slow walk to make your way from Hotel all through town.
