Enough one time stay for life.

They said full equipped kitchen but nothing. No spoon, no fork, no coffee pot, no hair dry, no shampoo and with dirty microwave. If you choose to stay there because of cheap price and location, you must bring these items. Also I saw a cockroach in the room. In addition, soft and noisy mattress. In hall, smoke sometimes Marijuana-like smell?.

5 star. Clean and comfortable stay for a low price

Excellent hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The pillows and mattress were comfortable. The AC/Heater worked really well. Gas stations, the Waffle House, Pizza Hut is right across the street. Accessible to I-95. The area is super quiet. We will return in the near future.

The water pressure while taking a shower is weak.

Terrible would never return, I don’t recommend anyone to stay.

EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE. Would not recommend this place to anyone, probably would’ve been better for us to go to a super 8 or even econolodge. Don’t let the name fool you… this used to be the “value inn” years ago when I lived here, all it is is different management. No room service no clean towels or new linen was given for our stay here. If you wanted to use the phone that was a separate charge.

As I arrived the receptionist gave us a list of rules to abide by… “no extra towels, the towels you are given are the only ones you get. If you want more +$2 each towel. Same for toilet paper rolls. No free WiFi you have to pay for it. “ I killed at least 3 roaches while being here, and every time I turned the shower on dirt and grout and maybe even mold would seep out the shower walls and get all on my feet. Be prepared to see People on drugs and the hallway smells terrible! It was a new scent every day. The room had no closet space for our belongings and since we came into town for a funeral we needed to hang up our expensive clothes, also had to buy a iron from Walmart since there was not one available to me. I was overcharged for this S*** hole!! I was so scared to go to sleep I kept thinking there were bed bugs or maybe a roach would run across my face. I almost forgot to mention, the beds were so small and cheap I thought they were going to break when me and my boyfriend layed down. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! You’re better off going to the super 8 MOTEL!

Pleasant

The staff was excellent, the front desk manager by the name of Alma was extremely hospitable and courteous and also welcoming.

The room had an unpleasant, foul stitch as soon as I unlocked the door to my room. It was a wet, mildew carpet smelll. But, everything seemed clean and ok for just 1 night

My stay was not comfortable. Staff was nice . But you need clean rooms better get better beds . Pillows .

Beds were not comfortable. Pillows need new ones to flat. Bedspread dirty had to buy sheets . Blankets & pillows . I had recommended you to family that also stayed there. Had clean things make smell good.I had to beautify my surroundings

The floor was clean

There are ants and spiders in the room. The room also smells cigarette and was giving me a stuffy nose. The bed is terrible and making a lot of noise, to the point where I have to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel.

Manger fuss about booking booked 2day stay and they only have 3 day stay at they hotel

I book a room for 274.43 and when u got there they add more fees total price was 310.00 how... when the room is booked taxes was already add I think total scam

The guy at the front desk was the only best thing at the location!!!!

When we did get our room, it smelled REALLY bad like bug spray, so I told the guy at the front desk, and he changed our room, but the second room had a smell as well and I believed it was from the A/C in the room. The bathroom in the room wasn't CLEANED properly, but we were only staying for one night, so we just made the best of it because the next morning, we left once we woke up!!!! IF WE EVERY STAY IN FAYETTEVILLE, NC WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE!!!!

location! It's very convenient to main shopping strip, interstate 295 and neighboring cities

Will not stay in this place ever again

Did not warrant the price i originally booked at booking .com and did not provide the type of room i requested originally. Furthermore, staff will continually bother us about the 11;00 check out time.

it was horrible!

the parking was nice!

when entering the lobby a gentlemen was trying to call the desk for help for 20 min. I called a mains number and the got the help to come to the desk. checking took 30 min. they tried doing two people at once. got the the room and when we opened the door a large roach ran up the fridge. the bed was a full. my husband and I ordered a queen. went back to the office within two minutes to go some other place. it took another 20 min for them to figure out how to give me my money back. the woman was wearing a spaghetti strap tank top. with her large breast it is not professional. Pictures on the internet don’t match what your selling!
