EVERYthing was terrible even the pregnant receptionist was just horrible!!

My rooms were not clean

The office person was nice enough to move me to another room when I asked and helped me find a CVS.

Cleanliness was terrible there were roaches and bugs in the first room 424 then when I was moved to another room 124 where I did not see any bugs but the floor was dirty.

Barely met the minimum expectations of a hotel room for a short stay.

Close to family I was visiting.

The smell of lingering old cigarettes in the hall, extreme overuse of cleaning products in the room, loud noise inside and outside the building all day and night and roaches.

I had good experiences staying in the extended stay America, but I was very much disappointed staying this place. Thd r

Low price, restaurants and food shops close by.

not clean and not sanitary room (cockroaches), old and poor quality bed and furniture, placed in a room with a full size bed instead of a room with a queen size bed that I reserved, no breakfast, no hotel staff available for 24 hrs.

Good for what i wanted the rooms for.

Convenient location to where I wanted to be. Located near a few fast-food restaurants. Lots of parking

Was there breakfast? The room smells smoky, the bed is not queen size. The linen seemed worn, not enough towels were placed in the room; only one wash rag. Didn't like the idea of the smoke detector and whatever the other thing is over the bed. Scared that cameras were in them, hence my privacy.
