Certain residents that are allowed to have dogs, don't respect the property letting their dog relieve themselves on the property, which is not sanitary for paying guests.

Continental breakfast, pet friendly, got a room on first floor.
I stayed several nights at this place. I have to agree with another review...NO security to enforce rules. On Friday nights and weekends especially, people are LOUD and making noise. There were people loud outside of our door and in the parking lot. It also smelled like Marijuana while we stayed there.
