We liked the location close to the center. Our family room with balcony was quite nice a and spacious. Huge kitchen area with a coffee machine and coffee. The interior was also very well chosen. But what we did not receive was a clean room.
The stairs and the floor were not cleaned and we found hair etc from former guests on there. The shelves kitche tops and bedside tables were dusty [ and that was not dust from a day before] , also the tables showed fresh glass stains. The shower walls were not cleaned either. We did not mention it cause we only stayed one night and overall it was ok-ish. Pitty though, a bit more love to detail would have made a big difference.

Convenient location to explore Campeche (which is worth it if you like old colonial towns). Friendly welcome and hostel-style kitchen if you want to self cater. Small pool which we didn't use.
We had the big suite at the front which, despite an attempt at double glazing, is very close to Mexican exhaust pipes. My wife found a dead cockroach on our arrival which is the only reason for the low cleanliness score.

Great location & walking distance to historic center. The kitchen facility & common area.
The kids at small pool area. We literally had no privacy or rest at all as they were jumping in & out of the pool all afternoon.

Lokalizacja blisko centrum,
W opisie jest śniadanie którego nie ma-jest dzbanek z kawą i suchy tost którego można sobie zrobić ,nie ma obsługi,nie ma nic do tosty,nawet dżemu-nic więcej-dlaczego hotel pisze o śniadaniu skoro takiego nie oferuje.brak parkingu,słabo czyszczony basen,kosmetyki w ilościach śladowych,brak klimatyzacji we wspólnych pomieszczeniach.w pokoju kompletnie ciemno bo nie ma okien tylko siatka i jak się otworzy okiennice wewnętrzne to jest strasznie gorąco.Hotel powinien pomyśleć o zmianie opisu na booking.com
