Hotel in posizione molto comoda per il treno Vigezzina/Centovalli e comodo anche per le passeggiate in pineta. Camera ampia ma era una quadrupla usata in due persone.
Camera standard decisamente da rinnovare: rubinetteria da rifare (problemi con scarico e rubinetti rovinati) ed in genere sembrava necessitare di manutenzione. Colazione abbondante ma semplice: in una settimana non c'era una variazione nelle torte per esempio. Nota dolente l'orario entro le 9.30, davvero molto presto ed in piú il buffet veniva chiuso anche per chi era giá in sala. Abbiamo provato il ristorante per un pranzo e abbiamo capito che non c'è grande attenzione ad allergie ed intolleranze come scrivono (è stato difficile far capire che una persona necessitava di pasta senza uova). Infatti volevamo optare per la mezza pensione ma per fortuna non avevamo ancora dato conferma ed abbiamo evitato. Lo staff molto gentile ma la gestione deve decisamente rinnovarsi. Non è l'ospite a doversi adattare alle necessitá dell'hotel.
