My family really enjoyed the location, the warm hospitality, and the food. My parents were even kindly given a room upgrade, which made their stay even more special.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and had a nice view. We received a free upgrade and stayed at the top floor in a superior room. The location was great, really close to Sultan Ahmet Square and the tram station. The hotel provided a crib for our baby and the transfers they booked for us worked really well and were confortable. Breakfast had many options and most of the hotel staff was very nice and helpful, except for this girl with medium brown hair and blond highlights who worked at breakfast serving and cleaning tables, who I will mention in the next section.
There was this young waitress/cleaner at breakfast probably in her 30s with medium brown hair and blond highlights in her hair who said our one year old baby had to take off his sneakers on the couch. She wasn't very polite and there wasn't even a baby chair for him to sit on (which is why he was on the couch). I mean, he can barely walk, so his shoes are usually quite clean. And he's one! This lady probably doesn't have kids and hates them because anyone else would know controling a one year old from going into chairs etc. is a challenge. We wanted to ask her if the floor was so clean that we could lick it, because only then would we let our baby step barefoot on the floor (since babies that age go up and down the chairs all the time). On the second day, she was also very rude telling us to keep the lid of the warm buffet open, when we only closed it because it was already closed when we arrived (?!!!). The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and sweet to our baby, though, which is why I reviewed the staff as good. It's not their fault their coworker is so sour.

Location excellent. Staff Amazing - giving great advice and accurate and fair support and offers.
Room also good. AC worked perfectly.
They even made us a sandwich ready for our 5:30am departure! Thank you!

There is absolutely no soundproofing, and if someone is talking in the next room, it is impossible to sleep.
