The staff - Berke in particular - went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a coffee and chatted while we checked in and had little informal interactions whenever we would leave or return to the hotel. Related to staff and service, it turned out that we had accidentally booked one night too few for our trip and our room for that night had already been booked. This easily could have been a disaster but the staff were able to arrange a different, very nice room for us at the same rate as our original one. Everything worked out smoothly. So, put it like this, the staff and service were truly exceptional and added an unexpectedly positive dimension to our trip overall.
Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Location is great: it was easy to get to the main attractions. It's in a nice neighborhood that's comparatively quiet. In other words, you will sleep well.

The property location is the best thing about this hotel.
It’s a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and sits right in the hustle and bustle of the old town.
The Hidden Garden restaurant just a few metres away is a great place for food.
Our room was a bit tired.
There was mildew in the sink and shower and the carpet needed a good clean.
The breakfast room was in the basement and was soulless and the food was very very average. No cooked eggs option and the coffee was tragic.
