Architektonische Basis des Hauses, Fahrstuhl, Wohnungsgrundriss. Schöne Einbauküche, sehr solides und schönes Bad. Tiefgarage im Haus zusätzlich mietbar. Nach unserer schriftl. Beschwerde beim zentralen Service am Ankunftsabend wurden direkt am nächsten Morgen ein paar Basis-Küchenutensilien aufgestockt. Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Lieblosigkeit der Ausstattung: Einzelbetten mit Kabelbinder als Doppelbett, völlig unbequeme Billigst-Stühle, Rappelventilatoren. Tiefgarage im Haus zusätzlich mietbar. Nach unserer schriftl. Beschwerde beim zentralen Service am Ankunftsabend wurden direkt am nächsten Morgen ein paar Basis-Küchenutensilien aufgestockt. Wohnung war sehr sauber. Allerdings Billigst-Ausführung, kaputte Einrichtung (Wandschrank, Stuhl, prominenter völlig demolierter Abfalleimer, Beistelltisch, Leselampen am Bett).; kaum Dekoration und die, die an der Wand hing war schief oder wellte sich im Bilderrahmen, diverse offene Bohrlöcher bzw offen sichtbare Schrauben ohne Bedeutung. Große, schöne Küche, aber sehr schlecht ausgestattet (am Abend unserer Ankunft fanden wir 1 Weinglas, 2 Gabeln, eine davon kaum brauchbar, und nur die allernötigsten Kochutensilien vor). Außerdem stand das ganze Wochenende direkt unter unserem Balkon (zum Glück waren wir im 3.Stock) ein völlig überfüllter, offener Müllcontainer.
