This is home away from home! Beautiful country setting, well-stocked, kick back and put your feet up. This is a shoe-free home with places to store shoes on all entryways. The custom hickory floors are entirely comfortable to walk in bare feet, as well as the heated bathroom floors. Upstairs has 4 nice sized bedrooms and sleeps 8. Ample closet and dresser space in every room. Primary king bedroom features large private bath with jetted tub, double headed shower, walk in closet, and 55” t.v, and a balcony. There are 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms and twin beds in the 4th, sharing the 2nd full bath. There are two desks in 2 bedrooms with bookshelves. We provide toys in the twin bedroom. Downstairs the library has a baby grand piano, 86” smart t.v., and movie theater style recliners. There is also a luxury fold out couch that sleeps 2. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and accoutrements and has a walk in pantry, wine bar and fridge, 6 burner stove with double ovens, spacious dining and living room, all open concept. The living room features new sectional couch and woodstove. There is a half bath, laundry facilities, and utility room leading to the garage and ping pong table. Dogs have bowls, balls, blankets, and large secure pen outside. We do not allow puppies or dogs not housebroken. Wrap around covered deck features outdoor dining, sitting areas, and gorgeous views of the property, creek, treehouse, and surrounding mountains and homes. Walk across the bridge over the creek to the large fire pit with outdoor seating. There are 2 horse residents on the property! They can be petted. This serene setting is located in a large-property neighborhood, so fellow residents expect privacy and will honor yours. This home is protected by 3 outdoor security cameras. We do have wild animals in Nevada, including coyotes. If you have small dogs or children, be aware that they need more protection, both day and night time.
