Great location and safe property
The rules are a lot it makes you scared to breath a little. Not sure how often they sell a £120 bottle of champagne they leave in the fridge. Also was charged (credited after once I told them I didn’t have anything) for 2 cans of drink from the fridge (£6).
Genuinely the rules are overkill in there - it’s not smooth because you’re always frightened to move. I can’t spend a holiday taking photos of marks on chairs and tables in case I get charged £700 for it.
Some little mosquitos in the apartment but hosts said they’ll try and fix it up.
Told to close all windows when we leave but when we arrived all of the windows were open.
And £50 if you stay 15 minutes later than check out time..
Plus the aforementioned in other reviews that the keybox is really low on the door and a bit hard to open and close.
Could be really lovely - so much potential I can see why a high score but with a few caveats.
Customer service very quick to reply though and I think they’ve been told this before but seems like they are fine with their current systems

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious and clean.
This apartment doesn’t have air conditioning but they do provide fans in each bedroom and the living room. They also have a lot of rules as we had some family come to meet us for dinner but they had to wait outside the building or they fine you $300. Plus, they couldn’t even come up to visit before they took the train home. I understand people taking advantage and having extra guests, but with the cameras they can see people arriving and leaving. They should allow visitors but maybe add a two hour time limit.
