Great location big secure car park massive room good shower bathroom.
Pub downstairs always friendly
Kettle wouldn't stay switched on had to keep finger on it toget it to boil.

Property felt safe and secure. No noise from the pub. Great shower.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful. The location was good for us after visiting Kew Gardens. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. Parking is free and secure
The room could have been cleaner- it was a little worn and dirty behind cupboards etc. the blind didn’t go up or down as it was broken so we couldn’t close it completely at night. We were there during a very hot period of weather . The room was extremely hot despite there being a fan.
