The apartment was clean and well equipped, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout.
The previous guest reviews were very accurate, and everything was exactly as described, so there were no surprises. I had an enjoyable stay overall.
The only downside was the broken sofa, which really needs replacing. It was uncomfortable to sit on, let alone use as a bed option. I would recommend addressing this to improve comfort for future guests.
Overall, a pleasant stay with just one issue that needs attention.

Appartamento molto pulito e ordinato, ideale per una famiglia di due, tre persone, ma noi siamo stati bene anche in quattro, due adulti e due figli piccoli. Cucina funzionale e completa, poco distante dal capolinea della linea 11 della metropolitana. Tecnicamente non si trova vicinissimo al centro ma con la metro in 30-35 minuti si arriva a Notre Dame. Tra la fermata della metro e l'appartamento c'è un grandissimo centro commerciale perfetto per fare la spesa. Molti ristoranti dei più svariati tipi nelle vicinanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Niente di particolare, come detto l'apparente lontananza è un falso problema. Tutto bene, nulla da segnalare di negativo.

La posizione ideale, a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana, essendo capolinea trovavi posto facilmente ed arrivati all'altro capolinea Chatelet (comodo per trovare posto anche al ritorno) puoi andare ovunque. The apartment feels very nice and comfortable. It is close to a big mall and both métro and RER stations (the reason I chose it). Picking up the keys is done without having to talk with a person. There were water bottles provided. Connecting to the internet was very simple. The owner also responds quickly to any issues. So basically everything's great except that there's just one major downside...
...and it's that it's impossible to sleep here. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable plus the place was right next to a busy a highway. I read the reviews about the highway and thought it was just a slight inconvenience because people were still leaving good ratings but no. I had ear plugs but still heard the noise from it. But even worse than the highway were the pillows, they must've been the worst pillows I've ever experienced. I told the owner about it in the morning and they broguht me normal ones but it was too late at this point. I just wish they had put normal pillows immediately...
So if you fall asleep easily none of this will be a problem but if you have a hard time sleeping avoid this apartment. Also avoid it if you're not solo. It says that the apartment is for 4 people but there's no way this is good for 4, it's like 2 people MAX and even that is a stretch.
