The location is really great. The accommodation is surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Good shower and toiletries. This place would be ideal for a couple who wants to explore Venice.
AC is a portable unit; the window needs to be half-open to fit the AC's exhaust hose.
The common area could have more personality.

I liked everything. Except - what about the cookies? :-(
Honestly, I choose this place over others just because they had 3 different type of cookies in their pictures, but i got only coffee, but i don’t drink coffee, and until last moment i hoped it’s hot chocolate, but it wasn’t. Apart from this - location, bed and all facilities were super great! Easy check in, no contact.

Good location short walk away from the train station. Had a kitchen and shared living space.
Floors were dirty. Only got given the check in details as we were stood at the door of the property. Only after calling multiple times did they send the instructions across. The air conditioning unit was very loud and had to funnel out of the window, so if you wanted to sleep with the air conditioning on it would be very loud.
