First the staff. Anything needed they answered promptly, kindly and competently. Cleaning lady was also lovely. Location was second to none and room was just so pretty and kitted out with everything needed. The view was out of this world!

No lift but that was my fault to not checking.

La ubicació i el disseny de l'interior
No hi ha ningú treballant a l'hotel i es fa complicada la comunicació. A la nostra habitació no funcionaven 2 llums i no van venir a arreglar-ho. També els vaig demanar si tenien planxa de roba i servei de bugaderia i no van contestar.
