The location is very central and easy to reach from Piazzale Roma, the train station or Rialto. The room is quite and comfortable and the bathroom very nice.

The room was comfortable and nice, allowing me to rest well after a long flight. The location is excellent for exploring the city, with bars and restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well organized, which made my stay pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

The owners are nice
It's not for family. The toilets are shared among 4 rooms there. Although the owners assigned us a specific toilet for our 2 rooms, other ppl still use it when we want to. Lots of time delay, hygiene issues. Etc. it's good for bag packers.

The host was welcoming and helpful. Gave us some tips on getting around and things to do and see.
No air-conditioning. Despite saying there was air-conditioning in the information. The unit in our room did not operate. Host told us there was restrictions on running air-conditioning under certain temps. But the thing NEVER came on. No remote. Tried to manually turn it on. But tbh, I dont think it was connected to power. A ceiling fan or pedestal fan would have made it more comfortable. Also some extra pillows.
