Staff were wonderful helping me to stay an extra night during a tricky most busiest time of the year. The extra night allowed me to wait on airline to return lost bag two days after arrival receiving it on day 3 which also allowed me to enjoy Venice a bit more. Location with affordable bed. Loved the old lift that worked well. Good cool A/C in room. Bathrooms kept clean enough. A short walk from ground transit options like buses, trains, and taxis.

The staff was nice and friendly, I could use the terrace and other communal areas, the shower rooms were wide and comfortable to use, the room was air conditioned so I could sleep really comfortably
