It is in a very good location. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurant. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
It advertised a continental American style breakfast but when we went for breakfast we were just given omelette sandwiches without being asked or told what the options were for breakfast. We also had a dietary requirement in our group which required attention and it was misunderstood.

Great property in Ella, off the main road but not more than five minutes to all of the attractions. They have tour services as well. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the room was large with strong AC, privacy curtains, a huge bathroom with hot water shower and comfortable beds -- also HUGE lockers. The terrance out back is quiet and comfortable with tons of seating. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Supermarket literally across the street -- and you should hunt down "The Little Restaurant" for lunch -- outside the Hamburger and Pizza places with local food at a great price.
I'm always miffed by towel rental -- but I suppose the price is low, so the 200 Rupees is me nitpicking.

It’s very decent and spacious place . Great breakfast provide 👏🏾The staff is easygoing he borrowed me hair dryer and umbrella :)
Sharing Room’s comfy especially shower and toilet are separate 👍🏾 AC very cold , big supermarket just outside very convenient!
There are a group of ppl came so made noisy sounds outside during morning
