About this house rental
3 bedroom/2 bath newly renovated home located directly on the St John’s River. Home is in no wake zone with dockage, screened porch, parking for three cars, and gorgeous views! Home has been newly painted and furnished. Brand new paver patio with fire pit. Great weekend getaway for boating, fishing, or just relaxing! No animals please owner is allergic. Please note boat lift is not available for use, but plenty of dock space for parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental on the St. John’s River in Astor, Florida! The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The house was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our group of six.We especially enjoyed spending time on the screened-in back porch — it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The convenience of having a boat dock right at the property was also a huge bonus for us.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the river traffic. We have stayed here before and are planning on returning.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Super clean, very comfortable and cozy. The beautiful view of the river was the icing on the cake. The communication from the owner was excellent. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home.
