About this cottage rental

Nestled in North Myrtle Beach, this attractive cottage for $1,370 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Come and get your Cherry Grove on in this 7 bedroom, second row private raised home with 2 large front porches each with its own ocean views. Home features 2 living areas each with ample room to spread out! This comfortable raised beach home features a reverse floor plan with living spaces on both the first and second floor. Each floor walks out onto a large ocean view front porch. The first floor features 4 bedrooms, the living room with large flat screen TV and a wet bar with sink. The second floor offers 3 more bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room as well as the primary bedroom. The parking for the home is underneath the home as is a ground floor laundry and storage room. The cottage is steps to the beach where you can spend the day enjoying Cherry Groves renowned beach. The home is within walking distance of Boulineau's and all Cherry Grove attractions. You are also only a short walk to the salt marsh where you can fish for flounder and blue crab and canoe or kyack. As you return home, you can rinse off in the ground floor shower. Once the day is done cap it off with fresh fish or steaks off the build in grill. The name of the home should be Paradise because that is what you get a slice of... Paradise. Book it now before it gone and take advantage of the great rates. The home DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING NOR PETS and HOUSE PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! WE DO NOT ALLOW CHAPERONED GROUPS OF ANY KIND..

Property is up for sale. Pictures on listing do not accurately portray status of rooms. Minimal seating. After much discussion, seating was brought in along with folding tables and chairs. Water was turned off when we arrived. City employees had to come out to turn water back on. Will not be booking from this agency again.

This property is a good value beach house. Great location, Very close to the beach & other attractions & shopping. Seven bedrooms, so room for everyone, adequately stocked kitchen, made for comfortable stay.

This is a solid house for a beach trip! The communication with the property manager was clear and easy. We had issues with our AC and they had it fixed as fast as they could. It would be great to have a little more soft seating in the house (only one couch) but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice rental! Would definitely stay there again.

The weeds were way over grown, the kids could not play in the front yard. The air conditioning downstairs did not work and it stayed 74 degrees the entire time. The washer and dryer were not accessible or useable.
