It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, hot tub, and balcony. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

This condo is very large if plenty of room. It is decorated very well. The location is wonderful.

We've stayed at this property for the past 3 years because we love the space and location.

Over all our stay was good. We shouldn't have pots and pans that are all rusted. Doesn't anyone check the inventory for replacement. There was a very concerning issue was the balcony railing. One of our guest leaned on it and it was not secured. Fortunately my husband was right there an was able to grab her quickly. This is something that should never happen and is very concerning. Is this building not up to date with safety codes? Building maintenance was prompt with responding and wrapped the balcony with caution tape until a repair could be done. As a result our view of the beach was obscured with bright yellow tape and concern for using the balcony.Do I need to be concerned in the future with rentals with regard to safety?I would hope that we would be compensated for this safety issue.
