Welcome to the Gateway to the Atlantic - High-end, LUX beach home located two-min walk to quiet, secluded Vilano Beach access. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom layout with expansive open floor plan with double heighted ceilings and oversized balcony. Two-story, private home located in the heart of the Vilano Beach neighborhood. 12-min drive into Historical Downtown St. Augustine. GUEST BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, Smart TV, Closets (Sleeps 2). GUEST BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, Closets (Sleeps 2). GUEST BATHROOM: Shower/Tub combo located next to guest bedrooms (Full). LAUNDRY: Washer Machine and Dryer with detergent. GARAGE: Two car garage complete with 6x beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, ping pong, and corn hole. PATIO: Private backyard patio with bistro table set. PARKING: The driveway can accommodate four standard size vehicles. PUBLIC BOAT RAMP: Bring your boat! Boating Club Rd has a public boat ramp for easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway - Matanzas River - 1- street over. MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, Ensuite full bathroom w/ massive shower, Smart TV (Sleeps 2). KITCHEN: All new electric appliances, California-style Island w/ three bar stools, open-concept. DINING ROOM: Dining table for 6 guests. LIVING ROOM: Queen pullout sofa, Accent chairs, Coffee table, Smart TV (Sleeps 2). BALCONY: Oversized balcony with outdoor dining table and seating with a view! Guests have access to the entire home. Check-in details will be available the morning of check-in. Guests will access the property with the front door smart lock. PET FRIENDLY - Up to 2 dogs maximum, pet fee is $189.00 and will be charged separately after the booking is confirmed. You are responsible for any damage from your pet. All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that Airbnb does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $189.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival. Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house. Located in Vilano Beach, the community is quiet, easy-going, and an ideal getaway for those who want to explore St. Augustine. 2-min walk to the beach access at Boating Club Road. 5-min walk to the Intracoastal Waterway for perfect sunset visions every night. The top bars/restaurants of Vilano: >Caps on the Water - Florida-style seafood. >Aunt Kate’s - Florida-style seafood. >Beaches at Vilano - Great atmosphere on the river, outdoor patio with live music. >The Reef Restaurant - Overlooking the beach with great seafood. A quick 10-min drive into the Historical Downtown St. Augustine. Short 2-min walk to the quiet Boating Club Road beach access. Public Grocery store is a 5-min drive - For all your grocery needs. Two-story home. Parking for 4 standard vehicles in the driveway. **Driveway is boat trailer-friendly! Please communicate prior to bringing a boat and trailer**
