About this house rental
Escape to the coast in this beautifully appointed four-bedroom home located just minutes from historic St. Augustine and only steps from the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside to enjoy ocean breezes, easy beach access, and outdoor spaces ideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding after a day of sun and sightseeing.Guests will appreciate the unbeatable location—close enough to enjoy the charm, history, dining, and shopping of St. Augustine, yet tucked away in a peaceful seaside setting.

• One bedroom with two twin bunk beds—great for kids or extra guests

🌴 Outdoor Oasis:
• Unwind in comfort in your hot tub on the deck
• Outdoor dining table for meals and Outdoor sofa and chairs for evening cocktails

Access is for entire home with the exception of the storage building on the left side of the property.
This is a Non Smoking property. There is a minimum of a $500.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.
A $25.00 charge per person over 8 guests will be charged up to 10 guests.
Decor and landscape are subject to change with the season.
For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.
We strongly advise all guests to purchase travel insurance. In the occurrence of a refund, the initial credit card processing fee will be deducted.
PETS:
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under
20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a higher fee for a single dog over 40 lbs. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
The property is tucked away from A1A creating a quiet mood and easy access to the ocean.
Whether you are here for beach days, historic exploration, or simply to relax and recharge, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal living.

We loved the location. It worked perfectly for all 3 generations. Very clean and items stocked and ready for toddler and pet. Shower and sink drains back up badly.. but maybe no guest had mentioned so they didn’t know to check and clear. I would suggest the house binder be updated with information on the television set up and hot tub(which took a full 26 hours to heat from 95 degrees to 104 degrees ). Easy fixes, but not intuitive. Also the host listed everywhere to contact is apparently not the proper contact, so again an update to the binder and other communications would be helpful. Would return. Thank you.

House was perfect for a family vacation! Big space to eat and hang out together while also comfy rooms to get a great night sleep or have some separate down time. Beach chairs and towels were nicer than we have at home. House was well stocked to cook or enjoy drinks and smoothies. I was worried about the walk to the beach but shouldn’t have been.
