Everything was so easy! The home was lovely and homey feel all through. We will be back to this location when we bring more family members to see the Grand Canyon.

My family and I stayed here while in Williams to honor our father and celebrate his life. The house was perfect for our needs as we also had a campsite at Kaibab Lake. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit out back and we all enjoyed the back patio with such amazing views of the mountains and the beautiful field of yellow flowers. The house was clean and lovely inside and Theresa was quick to answer any questions we had while we were in Williams. If ever I need to stay in Williams again, I would stay here. I highly recommend this lovely house with the beautiful views.

We had a great time in Williams. This property was so beautiful and cozy we opted to stay in a time or two and forego previously made plans. We were bummed it was too windy to use the fireplace outside. We did spend a lot of time on the back porch and loved it!

Amazing home if you're looking for a getaway to Williams. Conveniently located withing minutes of downtown and just seconds away from the local brewery! Very clean and open home so we had no worries with our kids. We will definitely be staying again the next time we make the trip!

We enjoyed our time in Williams. The vrbo had many of the niceties of your own home. The only glitch was technology with Dish needing repair on the tv and the front door code stopped working. We worked around it.

This property is excellent! My family of six stayed comfortably here. My children loved the property, and it was very child friendly with lots of space to play but no random design objects laying around that they could break (ha!). We have stayed at many VRBOs and this house was by far my favorite. We had a few questions that Theresa answered quickly; she was awesome to work with. I would definitely stay here again :)

Great home in a central location between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. House is exactly as described in the details and very well stocked. Plenty of towels, bedding, laundry & bathroom supplies, coffee and tea. The home was clean and comfortable. The VRBO page didn’t give the check-in details but our host was quick to help us out and check in went great. She was also available for any questions that we had. Our family really enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend this home.

We all had so much fun staying in Williams especially at this property! My kids loves playing in the snow, and sitting by the fire. Plenty of room to play, easy location to find, and walking distance from down town where there are so many cute shops! Will definitely book this property again!

After years and years of staying in the same house for our yearly Family Polar Express trip, the owner rented it to someone else! What a TOTAL bummer! We thought our trip was ruined, but the owners of THIS beautiful home saved the day! Not only was this home ready for our visit, it had everything we needed, it was also VERY clean, spacious AND it had an extra room and bathroom that the other house didn’t! We always say, “Things happen for a reason.” And now we know why the other home wasn’t available, it was because this beautiful home was waiting for us to begin our new adventures and build even more memories with our growing family! Thank you Theresa and Family for opening your home to our family and helping us continue our Family Tradition in Williams!
