I had a lovely stay at the tiny house at Uncommon Accommodations. The house was as described and great for a solo vacation. The sauna was fantastic! The units on the property were closer together than I expected based on the pictures on VRBO; this wasn’t a problem for me at all, but felt worth noting. The bed was comfy and sheets were very soft, but the loft ceiling is quite low and getting around the space could be tricky for anyone with limited mobility.

Tyler was helpful and the little house was nice. Be aware that the hot tub is SHARED, the deck for unit 2 is the only deck not accessible directly from the house and the advertised fireplace is disconnected except in the winter/snow. It was 36° and rainy when we stayed and we couldn’t warm the place with the fireplace. Tyler said the heater should be enough, it was not. Although the house was nice it appeared to be poorly constructed with large gaps around the outlets and wires showing. The on demand hot water required frequent, extended periods of ice cold water in between the bursts of hot water. I’ve never used an on demand hot water system so this may be typical. Overall it’s fine for a private place to stay, just not exceptional.
