A small but perfectly adequate room, conveniently located very close to Naples train station and the city center. The room was clean, and both the air conditioning and fan worked very well. The small fridge was also sufficient for keeping a few drinks and water cool. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
The property also has a very nice website with useful recommendations and information about places to visit and things to see in the area, especially helpful for tourists.
The host lady was very helpful, warm, friendly, and welcoming.
The location can be both an advantage and a disadvantage. The street noise throughout the night, the lively atmosphere of Italian streets, and construction noise in the morning may be a little disturbing for those who are not used to it. The boiler can also sometimes make noise for quite a while, which may interrupt your sleep. However, this may not be an issue for everyone.

Ho regalato ai miei suoceri un soggiorno a Napoli, in questa struttura e ne sono stati felicissimi sia per la posizione centrale che per la cura della camera e la cordialità dei proprietari.
La colazione, inclusa, prevedeva un tagliandino da utilizzare in un bar vicino e, anche nel bar, sono stati gentili oltre che disponibili!
Nel complesso direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.

Zentrale Lage nah am Bahnhof . Sehr nette Gastgeberin.
Etwas kleines altes Bad, Zimmer war mit Fenster zum Innenhof somit sehr dunkel. Bei einer Städtetour nicht so schlimm, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Das Frühstück wurde nicht im Hotel serviert. Wir haben einen Gutschein für eine Tasse Kaffee und Croissant bekommen im kleinen Café unten auf der Straße.
