Well equipped, comfortable room for our short stay in Naples. The building is beautiful.
The lift only worked if you had 5 cents, so it was tough getting luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The rooms are very modern and serviced daily
It is ridiculously inconvenient to have to put 5c in a slot to get the lift to work- especially on arrival when you have suitcases and when there are no staff at all - just instruction on how to get into the building and how to get into your room. It's not the cost- it's the inconvenience. There isno lobby and no view from
