This is a very new hotel and everything is very clean and shiny. The are enough amenities and also welcoming pack. The staff are very friendly and professional and helpful, I even got a message with a lot of information about my arrival in Napoli before hand which came in handy. Over all it’s a great stay. Breakfast is also good, nothing amazing, but you can find everything you’d like for a normal breakfast. We stayed at room 307, and it was very quiet. No noise from outside or the corridor. Also my most favorite part was the window blinds that made it completely dark and easy to sleep. Location is also very close to the main two stations
The property was excellent, nothing to say about that. However the location gave me a feeling of being unsafe. Usually the areas around the stations are shady. But the access is great.

Staff were very friendly and super helpful even when we turned up at midnight due to a flight delay. The Hotel was lovely, very clean and a big sized room. Breakfast was very good too.

It is an immaculate hotel completely refurbished a year ago. We were delighted with the incredibly high standard of finish and facilities. Beautifully clean kept that way every day. The breakfasts were excellent with a good range of hot and cold food and Above all the staff were fantastic particularly Anna on reception who has an amazing knowledge of Naples its restaurants and places of interest. Anna helped us with tips and advice everyday. Mario and Salvio were equally helpful and all were a delight deal with, polite and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff got full marks and made our stay a pleasure.
