Loved closeness to nature and beaches. Very quiet. Peaceful. The hut was simple and served our needs. Good way to get away from our normal life.

Our hut was the only one that did not have bug screen mesh over the windows. Hut Q. We didn’t want to open the window for fresh air due to potential mosquitos. It was quite stuffy when we were sleeping. The receptionist did not offer any solutions or discounts. They could have told us on first day that there was a communal kitchen trailer and picnic tables because we didn’t have a table by our hut. The communal kitchen/tables were a big help.

Great front desk member. Close to the pub. Relative to the rest of Port Renfrew the value was great.

Wifi was horrendous and never worked. Bed was stiff.

The staff was helpful and the huts were clean and cozy.

The only major issue we had was the complete lack of airflow in the huts. There is no cross ventilation unless you keep your door open, which we had to do, in order to get any sleep. It might not be an issue at all times, but we stayed in the hut after a very hot day and 3 people use the oxygen of the small space quickly.
