Good location. Perfect for a couple. Lovely front deck with afternoon sun. Comfortable bedroom.

The property must have been lovely in its prime, but it is in need of an update, repairs and renovation. The bathroom sink did not drain well, tub drain is rusty, as usual the bbq (also not clean) and one of the patio chairs was broken.
