The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking equipment and complementary coffee and tea. Much appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the living space delightful. On a leafy quiet street (minus the road works one morning).
There are the entry stairs - tricky with a big suitcase. The bedrooms are snug but did the job for us.

It is so cute and very comfortable. We went to the United Center and it was about a 20 minute walk, but Ubers were available within minutes.
Didn’t stay long enough to find anything we didn’t like.

Loved the location. The little touches like coffee, sweets and snacks were great and made it very easy to stay there.

Good location, easy check-in, a lot of stuff available in kitchen
Bedbugs in one room (same as previous comment) & cockroach in kitchen - apartament looks clean but insects are NOT ok - this is why 5/10; we didn’t use one room due to bedbug
