Ruhige Lage, Self-Check-in und Late-Check-out,
wir durften bis 10 frühstücken anstatt bis 9 Uhr.
Wir haben uns (Übernachtungsgäste) und unsere Familie (ca. 10 Personen als Externe) zwei Tage im Voraus telefonisch zum Frühstück angemeldet. Es hieß, das sei alles kein Problem. Als wir um 8 zum Frühstück kamen, war die Dame in der Küche völlig überfordert, weil sie nichts davon wusste und so viele Gäste nicht bewirten konnte. Das Buffet war schon halb leer, keine Brötchen mehr da. Nach über einer Stunde gab es dann ein paar Aufbackbrötchen und die Reste von Frühstücksbuffet. Leider sehr enttäuschend, wenn das Personal nicht miteinander kommuniziert. Wir haben das Frühstück zwar 3€ günstiger bekommen, aber ehrlich gesagt, war es auch keine 12€ wert.
