Nearby, you'll find many Entertainment Districts teeming with exceptional shopping and dining options. *TV Update: We've added TVs in the master bedroom and the queen bed bedroom! Now, there are a total of 3 TVs available. At Sunnyside Retreat, entertainment knows no bounds. Unwind in the hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the diving pool (please note pool is not heated). Engage in friendly competitions with cornhole and foosball, or explore a world of virtual reality with our VR headset. For a more relaxed vibe, indulge in board games or retro Nintendo. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and board games as well. We provide your initial supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper (5 rolls), snacks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, basic seasonings, shower and hand towels, pool towels, silverware, pots and pans, cups, coffee cups, Folgers coffee grounds, Keurig cups, sweeteners, etc. Conveniently, there's a Fry's grocery store just one minute away from the house. To enhance your experience, we've created a custom digital guidebook that navigates you through all the amenities and features the house has to offer. The digital guide will be sent after you book. My wife and me stayed for four great nights. Great location and area. It’s super close to food, entertainment and the stadium. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after our long days there. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

We always use Vrbro for our vacations . This home was by far our favorite. It was well stocked , clean and perfect for family and friends . We came back for our son’s birthday party and could not have asked for a better layout . There were games, kids toys and the pool was great. The location was great, our friends from the west valley and east valley got to it easily. And the neighborhood was safe. It’s a thoughtful well thought out home . Thank you for having us

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. There is plenty of room for 6-7 guests and the owner Tom is friendly and attentive. Tom reacted immediately when a minor problem arose and solved it quickly. We would happily make a return visit.
