Life jackets must be worn at all times when using kayaks
Guests born after 1984 must present a valid Florida Boater Safety Course certificate
Parking
Maximum parking: 2 vehicles and 1 boat or boat trailer
No additional vehicles allowed on property

One dog permitted (under 50 lbs) with prior approval only
$20.00 per day pet fee

The home is beautiful. It has everything you need to enjoy a month in the Keys. We brought our boat and had access to the boat lift. Nice location for easy access to the gulf and Atlantic. The home sleeps 10 comfortably and 12 if you opt in for the lower extra bedroom. Parking can be a bit tricky because you can only have 2 vehicles and one boat trailer. (3 vehicles if you park your trailer elsewhere). Had a few minor issues at the start of the trip which were resolved quickly. Great place to stay!
