This split-level home features spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a wide array of entertainment and relaxation spaces. Whether you’re watching sunsets from the screened patio, lounging by the pool, or enjoying your own private tiki bar, every moment here feels like a vacation.
Main Floor (Upstairs)
Living Room: Large, comfortable couches, 55” flat-screen TV, cathedral ceilings, and oversized windows with sweeping bay views. Binoculars in the foyer for dolphin or boat watching.
Dining Area: Formal dining table with seating for 8, plus a bench for extra guests.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and everything you need to cook and serve.

The property is exactly as seen in the photos. The place is updated with appliances and finishes. The backyard is awesome and we spent most time there. If you book this place you will not be disappointed. Thanks Bobby Kerr for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

The stay was an amazing experience! Beautiful location and home. Convenient to almost any amenity you could think of. We were able to engage in many family fun activities. The pool was only warm for 2 of our 4 week stay in Nov/Dec. All 7 beds are very comfortable with cozy bedding! The downstairs living space was where we spent most of our free time, right next to the pool and gorgeous view! I will say the couches need to be discarded! They were very clean but were sinking soo badly that they were quite uncomfortable to use. Couches can’t ruin paradise but, they need to go!
