About this house rental
This tropical 6 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home has a private heated salt water pool and huge outdoor living space. There is beach access, shared dock space and outdoor gazebo to watch sunsets. There is a 3rd story balcony that offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset. Bring up to a 24' boat or paddle out on one of the shared kayaks onsite. Fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach towels, a propane BBQ grill and 2 washer/dryers.

• Boat Dockage: Tall pier for boats up to 24. The dock is shared with the Latitudes Home guests. The water is shallow, about a 2' draft getting out to the channel.
• Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.
• Central A/C: Not to be set below 70 degrees.
• Other: Washer/Dryer, ice maker in refrigerator, wireless internet, Smart TVs
• Games: Corn Hole Game

Our Cancellation policy is:
Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The location is excellent, and the proximity to Key West made it easy to go back and forth without feeling like a long drive. The view from the deck is truly postcard-perfect—honestly one of the most beautiful ocean views I’ve ever seen. The pool was warm and enjoyable, and overall the house has great bones.One thing that stood out was the lack of side tables, especially on the deck. There was only one table outside, so if you were sitting anywhere else enjoying the view, there wasn’t really a place to set a drink down. You either had to hold it or put it on the ground, which felt like an odd oversight given how much time you want to spend outside.The outdoor furniture on the deck was also disappointing and didn’t match the quality or price point of the home. Since the views are such a highlight, better outdoor furniture would greatly improve the experience. Inside, the furniture felt fairly worn, and the kitchen lacked basic cookware—there was only one frying pan.My impression is that the owner may not have stayed here recently, as these are things you’d notice right away. With just a modest investment, this house could easily go from very good to truly outstanding.Overall, it’s a beautiful home in an incredible location with an unforgettable view.

It was a perfect place to stay. Our family needed some much needed relaxation and this house provided it all!! Loved having the kayaks, fishing rods, and corn hole game which gave us things to do when we weren’t relaxing by the pool. The local restaurant down the street, Square Grouper, was really good. The closest beach as well as Key West were about 20-25 minutes from us. We were able to check in and check out with an easy process and it was also very nice to have paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, and detergent pods to get us started. This house has it all!!!

Great views, amazing location right off the highway!Some things could be improved on such as the washer and dryers (both pairs) were very dirty and moldy and some furniture was a bit worn. But was very roomy and had plenty of beds and closets and air conditioning! Love the balconies!There were also some cassiopea (upside-down jellyfish) in the water so we did not take advantage of the kayaks. We were unsure of their reaction to humans and didn’t want to disturb them!All in all a good stay.
