This is the second time I have stayed at this property and we intend to return again next year.
It is perfectly located just 15 minutes walk (or 20 minutes stroll) from the town centre and sea front. Overlooks the dunes and is only a 3 minute walk from the local Mas y Mas supermarket.
The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It is well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is particularly secure within a locked and gated area. There is a communal pool area that was used by some other residents of the block. This was also spotlessly clean. The host was delightful and could not have been more helpful.
Although it didn't particularly bother me/us, the apartment is quite high up on the 8th floor so some people might not be comfortable with this. However, you soon get used to it and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony looking out over the dunes and the sea in the distance as Guardamar woke up!
