The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and professional throughout my stay. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the property is comfortable, well maintained and pleasantly designed.
The hotel does not serve alcohol in any of its food and beverage outlets, but this was not clearly stated on Booking.com before the reservation was made. While I fully respect the hotel’s policy, this information should be clearly disclosed in advance, as it can significantly influence a guest’s decision about whether to book the property.

Very helpful in finding solutions for gluten free meals. Great spa facilities, large pool, massage options, sauna, jaccuzi.. Lots of parking space. Quiet hotel location.
Nearby village is less open to tourists.

A super hotel, beautifully situated just outside Sjenica, with comfortable rooms excellent and excellent spa facilities. Special thanks to Adisa for lending us her own adapter when we forgot one for our phone charger!
Could have more fruit available for breakfast.

Everything looks very modern and new. The staff is exceptionally polite.
The room did not have any air conditioning and it was too hot to fall asleep at all. We were advised to open the windows instead, and our room was quite literally crawling with bugs because there are no bug or mosquito nets on the windows. It was either sleep with bugs or have a heatstroke in our sleep. The breakfast buffet was not labelled for any allergens or even dish names so I was very limited in what I could safely eat due to a severe nut allergy. The bed was very uncomfortable. We would consider returning but would need to bring a portable vent with us, and the price should be considerably lower due to the inconvenience.
