The property is a part of an association which gives guests access to a separate private beach, in ground pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, nature trails, disc-golf, and mini-golf.
The Beach House is located in a special part of the Illinois Valley- located just 4 miles from the Illinois River- which is open to boat and barge traffic year-round.
15 mile drive to the Hennepin Hopper- a 3,000 acre wetland refuge. Open 365 and a must a see for photographers and nature lovers!
