Located in the Heart of Key Largo MM 100 our Ocean Front 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome is located in a gated community (Kawama Yacht Club) with 24 hr security. Kawama is a 24 acre complex surrounded by 3 sides by John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. Known for some of the best Scuba diving and snorkeling in all of the Keys. The property amenities include 2 heated swimming pools, a one of a kind saltwater lagoon with a small sandy beach, private onsite marina with a boat ramp, boat trailer parking, playground, outdoor BBQ areas, and tennis courts. This amazing townhouse is located in the exclusive Oceanfront Villas section made up of 7 townhomes. You have found one of the best units in Kawama. You have the choice of relaxing on the Oceanfront Villas private beach, firepit area in the marina or enjoy the rock jetty for some fun fishing. Have a great day on the water and end the day in the pool or sipping on a beverage on the balcony with direct ocean views. This is a two level townhouse where the first floor (entry level) has a full living area with a 70”TV and a full size Sleeper Sofa able to accommodate two. Walk a little further in and you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath. This level also has a bar area with sink, wine cooler and ice machine. Go up the stairs and find the full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, living room and full bathroom with another 70” TV, balcony over looking the marina and endless ocean views. On the balcony you will find a bar height table with 4 chairs, loveseat couch and single person couch. This level also has the master bedroom with a full bath, a King Size bed with a Roku 40” TV and another guest bedroom with a bunk bed with twin on top, full size on the bottom and a slide out trundle. Two beach cruiser bikes also included. This is just a great place for families to get together and enjoy paradise. Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from Kawama. We absolutely loved our January stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning — incredible!! The gated community was perfect for little kids. We stayed busy with the kiddos utilizing the many amenities at the community. My son most of all loved digging in the sand at the private beach and swimming in the pools. The host is fantastic and very quick to respond. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed a family get together in the Keys - with both sunrise and sunset views a few steps away! Kids enjoyed the pool and playground and watching boats go by in the marina

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and nice outdoor space for eating and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals there. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Big enough for 2 couples plus a kids room with 3 twins.

We very much enjoyed this spacious rental in a secure environment in a gated community. The property is nicely furnished and just as pictured. Plenty to keep us busy with the bikes, paddleboards, a kayak and close proximity to Kawama Community pools, lagoon, tennis courts. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We already miss the gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony and hope to be back soon!

We are group of 4 ladies that have been friends since college. We wanted a property that was up to date, a view, plenty of comfy seating, etc. This property met all those desires and more. It was so nice to stay at a rental property where the pictures were accurate and the property was even better than expected! Well stocked kitchen and loved having a few essentials there to use until we got to the store. Thank you Raul for excellent and quick communication and a great stay!

Beautiful sunrise and view from the porch all day. The perfect view upon waking up on vacation. Perfect spot for breakfast! Lagoon was great for a little snorkel and sun. Great location, close to everything. Super clean and updated furnishings. Well stocked for light cooking. Would stay here again. Thanks Raul!!

Raul was one of the best hosts I have ever worked with through VRBO. He was incredibly helpful from the booking process all the way through to checking out. He went above and beyond with helpful notes and suggestions on things to do. The property itself was beautifully appointed, clean and the pictures did not disappoint for a change. There is nothing to prepare you for that view of the sunrise if you are a morning person. Plenty of restaurants were close by but I encourage you to grab some groceries and eat on the deck for one of the best views in Key Largo. Zero complaints here. Highly recommend this property

We brought my parents on a trip to Key Largo for their 60th anniversary. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, we were visiting during a cold snap, but the view was amazing! The sun shone on the porch and we were still able to enjoy our surroundings. The condo was stocked with everything you might need, and decorated so tastefully! We loved our experience at this property!

The property was perfect for two families. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing and so enjoyable while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. The furniture was new and the beds were very comfortable. Raul was very responsive and attentive to our needs.
