This place was full of enough room for all the fun. Kids ran around, phat patio balcony, plenty of room for 7 of us. The only down side was poor internet, no TV in living room area, off oder especially in MB, and some spiders througout the house. The veiws and small trails on the property were awesome. Very relaxing.

Prescott is one of my favorite cities. You are on top of a hill that gives you 360 degree views. Thumb Butte,Granite Mountain, Mingus Mountains. Sunsets and Sunrises. Great place.

Overall the home was as described. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and spacious, but the cookware and grill leave a lot to be desired. Recommend ordering in or eating out.

This home is lovely and the property manager was very kind and helpful in light of an unexpected, disappointing surprise upon arrival. The AC had been set to 87 and would not lower to an acceptable range and it was a very hot day. We had to turn off the AC for the whole unit to defrost so we were without ac upstairs for the first day of our stay. The management company responded to my need quickly but it still took 24 hours before we were comfortable. Other than that, it was a nice stay. There were a few things already broken in the home upon arrival but I notified the manager asap and he said it was from the previous renter from 4th of July weekend. All in all, I couldn't give it a 5 star but I'd give it a 3/5 for spaciousness and cleanliness. The AC issue was a big deal and I felt like I should have been refunded something for the inconvenience, but in the end, I try not to be a complainer. Had it been my family vacation, I would have been terribly disappointed as it would not have been easy to relax with how warm it was.

The property was so spacious for a big family. Had a lot of fun things to do in the home and around the property for younger kids. The decks were comfortable and had beautiful views. We would definitely stay in this home again.

We love this house so much -- it was perfect for hosting our son's baseball team for a cookout and sleepover during a tournament weekend. The basement was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space allowed for plenty of cars as well as room for kids to play basketball. The view cannot be beat. I want to wake up to that sunrise every day! We were a little surprised to discover there is a tenant in a basement apartment that wasn't made clear in the listing. He did not disturb us, but I was worried about the noise level of the ten kids we had there. Overall, a great stay!

Me, my husband, son , his wife and 3 young children spent the weekend so my husband could play in a senior softball tournament at Pioneer Park. We did not use the lower level. We appreciated the child safety gates, bed rail and high chair. We brought a pack and play so we didn’t need the one there. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room. My son plans on a return trip with his friends for a golf weekend - the multiple queen beds and futons on the lower level increases the sleeping space dramatically. The deck is amazing and the master suite is beautiful. A large family group or friend group would definitely enjoy this home. All in all, a great weekend. We will definitely return if we go back to Prescott!

The Luella House is a beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. All the beds besides the master were new and firm. Lovely stay, beautiful views.

The property was beautiful and everything it was advertised. It was super clean and had comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need to prepare wonderful meals. The family had more that enough room to stretch out and the views from the deck were out standing.

We loved our stay at the Luella House. The home is very spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with all of the sleeping options and large bedrooms. Nancy was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. One of the best parts of the rental was the property. The view was amazing and the kids spent hours exploring the trails and hill around the house. It was perfect for our family reunion. We definitely plan to stay again. Thanks for sharing your home!

This house is exactly as described. It is large enough for a big family, but felt cozy too. The porch was amazing to sit and watch the storms come in. Our mini-family reunion was made even more special by staying here. Nancy was amazing to communicate with too. Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful place for our family gathering. Nancy and Eric made sure that everything was available to make sure our stay as good as it gets. Beautiful views, spacious accommodations, huge laundry room, no complaints from the 12 who stayed or those who visited. All were inpressed with the home and the views. Hope we can stay again nest year for the second graduation family reunion.

If you are traveling with a large group (8+) there is really no better way to see Prescott. The home is incredibly spacious and has amazing views off the huge back deck. Nancy and Eric were incredible hosts and we had a great time. Highly recommended!
