It’s nice that it was pet friendly and the layout/functionality was good.

All good except the outside really needed to be cleaned up and weeded. Trash was piled up and it looked junky. Inside was very nice. No issues, we had a great stay.

So close to the University and all places I wanted to see. Communication with host was outstanding.

Enjoy this newly renovated, peaceful house close to Gainesville downtown with your whole family.

Not great. Left early -The beds weee so uncomfortable. Liked could bring my pet, house was clean, however, hot water heater was not working. Got it fixed next morning but we left early. Won’t book again 11/29/2025
